Coulis' are sauces made of pureed, finely strained fresh fruit. We make blueberry, black currant and raspberry coulis. They can be drizzled on top to embellish, enhance or compliment flavors; or, blended with gravies, soups, marinades or salad dressings to enrich or brighten flavors.
